Sky zone trampoline9/18/2023 ![]() ![]() Staff is all very young and there seems to be a lack of communication (walkie-talkies would be helpful instead of them yelling across the floor for whatever they want to say). For kids, this likely isn't on their radar, but for parents, the experience is a bit lacking. There is a general lack of friendliness/warmth to the experience. There is only one person at the counter when you check in, despite there being multiple employees milling about. They don't return phone calls or even answer the phone. We usually book 90 minutes and it's plenty (as long as it includes a dodgeball game, otherwise it's a bit of a letdown for two of our children). We've been 4-5 times now and it's fun for all ages of our family (5-16 years), one parent included. I just wanted to share this information in case there are parents out their considering trying this out with their children and are a bit hesitant on where to try. We had an infinitely better experience at Extreme Trampoline with staff who understood the needs of our kids, so I fully recommend parents to take their business there if you have children with special needs. ![]() Lots of clear reviews are out there about this place noting that the staff at this place are rude and unattentive to kids if you check various websites…we would absolutely agree based on what we experienced today. After finishing the party for our kids with the cake and pizza that had been pre-ordered and arranged and paid for, staff were again rude on the way out…the officer was still waiting outside and returned to have a few words with them. Fortunately the officer who came understood the situation very well. There was absolutely zero awareness of the efforts needed to accommodate children with special needs like autism. Despite repeated explanations to staff of how our guys need close supervision on the same mat in the bouncing area due to their challenges, we received nothing but rudeness from staff and they opted to call the police instead. What we came to discover.if you have children with special needs who love trampolines, THIS IS NOT the place to bring them. Our kids had their 10th birthday this week and love to trampoline, so we arranged for a party for them at Sky Zone trampoline park. Just wanted to share a note with parents based on a very bad experience today our family had. ![]()
